Research interests: Theoretical and experimental linguistics. Neuro-genetic foundations of language with special interest in mechanisms supporting auditory-motor associations needed for the production and comprehension of the Spanish language in particular and of language in general. The neuro-genetics of circuits which control the initiation,maintenance and termination of time intervals in speech and language.
